What is HIIT Training at SPENGA?
As described in Body Building, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is “brief, all-out work periods, separated by rest periods that you wish were just a little longer”
At SPENGA our approach to (HIIT) takes place in two of the three pillars of our classes. In the SPIN (aka cycling), which is the first 20 minutes of the session. And in STRENGTH (weight lifting), the second 20 minutes of the session. During this time you get HIIT, the work is all out and the rest periods are short.
