Have been involved with fitness my whole life. Started dance at the age of 6, was a competitive runner for almost 25 years. I found Pure Barre during an injury and decided to teach in 2020. Found spin due to the pandemic and buying a Peloton, and fell in love. As soon as studios re-opened my butt was in the saddle. 

 

2.  What do you think is most important in a fitness philosophy?

Most important philosophy is just keep moving. Whether it’s walking, biking, or anything. Find movement that makes you happy and stick with it. Coming from my nurse background movement keeps you young and healthy.  Physically, mentally, and emotionally. 

 

3.  Favorite song right now?

Favorite song right now is Unholy by Kim Petra’s and Sam Smith…. And anything Taylor Swift. 

 

4.  What is your go to pre or post-workout snack?

Pre workout…. Coffee. Post work out… I’ve been on a peanut butter toast with banana kick. 

 

5.  What’s your favorite SPENGA Wheat Ridge community partner?

Elevate 38 baby. Those teas are to die for

 

6.  We know instructors aren’t supposed to choose… but fess up… Ride, Rep or Revive? 

Ride baby. I am a cardio junky and something about moving on the bike gets me hyped!

 

7.  What is your favorite part of being a SPENGA instructor?

I started SPENGA brand new to Colorado, before I even started a nursing job here. So for me the best thing has been finding a community, and a home. I love interacting with the clients and feeling such pride and joy watching them accomplish their goals.
