What is your favorite thing about SPENGA?
Is ALL THE AMAZING people I get to see and meet! I love being able to connect with so many members. I love hearing their stories, I love hearing about their weekend, and I love hearing about their goals! It's so much more than "hi welcome to our gym" It's a COMMUNITY that I love and adore so much! Love connecting with such beautiful inspirational people! My goal is for them to feel a warm welcome when they come through that door and if I can put a smile on their faces then my goal is complete.
When is your favorite time to take a session?
Mornings! Anywhere between 7 a.m. - 10 a.m; it's just a great way to start my day!
Favorite format?
EMOM, hands down!
What is your go-to pre- or post-WERKout snack?
No snacks, but my go to post-workout meal is either a Greek yogurt bowl with fruit and granola or avocado toast with a sunny side up egg!

REP — love strength training!
What are you reading or binge watching?
Currently not reading anything. I don't really have anything I'm binge watching at the moment, but I LOVE me a good Harry Potter marathon!
Favorite song right now?
That's so tough because I have a lot on repeat lol but if I had to choose it'd be this cover for "You're the one that I want" (Grease) by Dylan Rock Rockoff and Caroline Kole. It's soooooooo good!
Favorite Restaurant in Wheat Ridge?
I have been to Pietra’s Pizzeria and Italian Restaurant a few times and LOVE it!!
