What do you love about SPENGA?
Everything!! From the community, to the werkout, and aromatherapy. The community is truly like no other. It is group therapy and the best time to forget about the outside world. I also really enjoy the products we use in the showers. Like too much probably.
What is your favorite time to take a session?
Mornings!! Especially now that I am a Studio Manager. Sometimes if I don't get the werkout done first thing in the morning - it may not happen! Early bird gets the worm!
Favorite Format?
Lately it has been EMOM but I typically love a good ole Turbulence Day! I love focusing on my form and this timer allows me to slow down, focus on the lift and then burn out my energy with a cardio burst.
What is your go to pre or post-workout snack?
I usually fast before a workout but lately I have been drinking my super greens! My favorite post-workout snack is usually breakfast of some kind. Avocado toast is my favorite go to- especially with a lil salt, everything seasoning, olive oil and lemon juice. Oatmeal is my go to if I taught several sessions back to back.

What are you reading? Binge watching?
I am currently reading the Bhagavad Gita as I complete my 200hour RYT. I don't watch alot of TV. I am notorious for putting on a good movie, getting comfy and falling asleep.
Favorite spot in Wheat Ridge?
Stylus and Crate! Love the vibe, waffles and the coffee and I get all my admin work done there. Their breakfast burritos are so delicious too!!

Pierogies Factory! Eri sent me there and it was the best. call. ever!!
