MEET OUR TEAM

Katelyn is a Philadelphia transplant. She is attending graduate school at Regis University, studying to become a doctor of physical therapy. She has been teaching group fitness for 4+ years. She is an advocate for movement as medicine and balanced well being! When she is not teaching, she is usually studying, hanging out with friends, hiking, skiing, or traveling!
Andy grew up on the soccer field from the time he could walk through competitive college division play. After a first knee surgery provided the reality-break of settling into active adulthood versus the invulnerability of youth, he embraced yoga and strength training while shifting from high-impact sports to endurance events, leading him to Ironman triathlons and ultra-marathon running. A few years, later, his endurance career led him to build his own coaching company for adults focusing on efficient bio-mechanics and productive training progression for beginners to competitive athletes. While coaching, Andy added teaching indoor cycling, HIIT strength, and Core & Stability classes - now loves pulling all of that together to serve every member of the SPENGA community with classes that challenge everyone where they are at to support their journey to their best selves!

When not in the SPENGA studio, Andy's riding or running in our lovely Rocky Mountains or geeking out in the high-tech realm.

Eri is a veteran SPENGA instructor who has been riding, repping and reviving for nearly five years. She is a Chicago transplant, who fell in love with Colorado and never left. She loves to rise and grind and is a fixture of our early morning sessions. She is a certified spin instructor and personal trainer and is a 200-hour trained Yoga Teacher. Eri loves burpees, dancing on the pedals and trying new and challenging yoga poses. When she's not at SPENGA, you'll find her wandering a trail or trying out a yummy vegan dish. Gabrielle LOVES Ridin' Reppin' and Revivin' — ! She started her fitness journey on the bike, and her addiction to spin classes led her to fall in love with heavy lifting to get stronger and yoga to unwind. She is the perfect match for the BEST. WERKOUT. EVER. Gabrielle is a Certified Functional Strength Coach, Level 1, Certified Schwinn Indoor Cycling Instructor, TRX Suspension Certified and 200-hour RYT. She loves helping clients with functional form, accountability & building community! When she is not instructing she can be found in the mountains exploring a new trail, climbing a 14er, biking, paddle boarding or skiing. She loves her "active recovery" days and exploring the rockies whenever she can.

Meet Stacy! She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology Exercise Science in 2004 and has worked in the fitness industry ever since. Stacy holds many certifications including: NSCA C-PT, TRX, Schwinn cycle, Lesmills, ViPer! Stacy moved to Colorado from Arkansas with her husband and daughter in 2014 and has fallen in love with her new home. When she's not instructing, she loves homeschooling her daughter, cooking, playing games, working out and spending time with friends and family. A former college cheerleader, Stacy is ready to motivate you to WERK!
