Gabrielle LOVES Ridin’, Reppin’, and Revivin’ — the perfect combo for the BEST. WERKOUT. EVER. She started her fitness journey on the bike, and her love for spin quickly grew into a passion for heavy lifting to build strength and yoga to restore balance.
A Certified Functional Strength Coach (Level 1), Certified Schwinn Indoor Cycling Instructor, TRX Suspension Trainer, and 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Gabrielle brings expertise and enthusiasm to every class. She’s all about helping clients perfect their form, stay accountable, and build an amazing community inside the studio.

When she’s not instructing, you can find her exploring the Rocky Mountains — hiking new trails, climbing 14ers, biking, paddle boarding, or skiing. For her, active recovery days are just another chance for adventure!
